CAMEMBERT


This cheese is made from cow milk and shaped into 200-250 gram cylinders with a diameter of 10-12 cm. It has a thin white mould rind. Depending on the age, texture may vary from soft to creamy. Premium quality cheese has a strong aroma and a taste of forest mushroom soup, with tones of yeast. Packaged in wooden boxes that protect cheese during storage.
