This feta-type cheese in brine is made from goat milk. It has creamy, slightly brittle consistency, without holes. The color is white, no rind. Ripened cheese has a distinctive lactic taste with tones of acidity. It is ready to be consumed after ten days if made from pasteurized milk and after 60 days if made from raw milk. Shaped into bricks and packaged in plastic containers with brine. The net weight ranges from 1 to 7 kg.
