SMOKED CHECHIL


Smoked braids of string cheese made from cow milk. The consistency is firm and smooth. Sections contain thin and strong strings. The rind color ranges from pale to dark golden, the color of the cheese is pale yellow. This cheese has no holes, but some chinks are allowed. The taste and the flavor are characteristic of smoked products. Vacuum-packaged into pieces of 0.3 kg or 1 kg.
