SULUGUNI
This stretched curd cheese is made from pasteurized cow milk. It is ready to be consumed fresh, after one day of staying in salt reservoirs. It has semi-soft consistency and pliable, flaky texture; the color ranges from white to pale yellow. It has a pleasant lactic taste. This cheese does not have holes; however, some chinks are allowed. Comes shaped into vacuum-packed wheels of 0.3 kg and 1.5 kg.
